Beginning his career as a cellist, with a degree from the Hochschule in Stuttgart, BERNHARD GUELLER won the United German Radios Conducting Competition in 1979.
 
Mr Gueller is acclaimed as one of Germany’s most talented conductors. He has an extremely heavy international schedule conducting orchestras throughout the world.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
CATHERINE FOXCROFT is considered to be one of South Africa’s finest young pianists. She graduated from the University of Cape Town with a BMus (Performers’) in 1990.
 
As a student of Laura Searle at U.C.T, Ms Foxcroft was a frequent prize-winner at national competitions and was engaged professionally as soloist with all the symphony orchestras in South Africa.
